REVIEW: Really excited to be back in New Athens and the Underworld with Hades and Persephone. Getting to see how their relationship is growing and changing with their new notoriety makes me really sad to see. Persephone does get a little whiney and jealous in this book which I feel is really on par for her age and experience, so I didn't mind that really.....there is like a billion year age gap after all. When tragedy strikes Persephone's life it's heartbreaking to see the lengths she will go to, to escape the fear of her first taste of loss in her life, again speaks to her life inexperience. Her boss really ends up disappointing me in a way that I really didn't see coming at all. Again the fashion in this books sounds amazing and the parties??? Can I get an invite please?!?!? I hope to see more growth from Persephone in the next book since her responsibility in life may be getting to be a little bit bigger.
